Sounds like the CW think it's watchable, can't wait to see this! If it's half the show Arrow is it'll be brilliant
LEEE777 - 5/8/2014, 12:08 PM

Darksparkimus - 5/8/2014, 12:18 PM

I actually like the Tomorrow People and Star-Crossed. What a shame, but at the same time I cannot wait to see Flash and iZombie.
shabat - 5/8/2014, 12:22 PM
I can't wait to see some of the visual effects for this. I would love for this:

God that would be sweet.

AntMan - 5/8/2014, 12:29 PM
I hope the super speed vfx is just like Faora's in Man of Steel.
shabat - 5/8/2014, 12:30 PM
@BatManiac Hopefully their budget can afford that.
soforizo - 5/8/2014, 12:30 PM

I don't know iZOMBIE, but I'll check it out, at least for the actress.

only bummed about the tomorrow people being cancelled. cant wait for the flash and izombie though.
charlie2094 - 5/8/2014, 12:32 PM
Kind of a given, but great news nonetheless!! Arrow has been stellar in its second season, reckon this will turn out great! Only concern is how they pull off his speed, but they're clearly confident enough to show us

So, 'Eddie' Thawne is totally Eobard right? Or maybe similar to the whole Deathstroke deal in Arrow, first one was kind of a placeholder for the real thing
Nomis - 5/8/2014, 12:35 PM
Flash trailer is supposed to be next shown week after ARROW season finale.
AntMan - 5/8/2014, 12:35 PM

I don't think the actual super speed effect would be that heavy on the budget, as I've seen decent attempts on YouTube, and since Flash doesn't tear the ground up when he moves like Kryptonians do, all those little details in that scene, like the small details of destruction in the concrete and so on, aren't needed.
dutchman - 5/8/2014, 12:36 PM
Heel yeah Flash go go go
Tao1 - 5/8/2014, 12:37 PM
Change Izombie to the Tomorrow people The CW should tie up loose ends with that show
BlackIceJoe - 5/8/2014, 12:37 PM
Well it was a given Flash would be picked up. I wasn't sure of iZombie but I guess that got a season too. I want to know what happened to the Young Justice live action show the CW was making? Last I heard was that the CW wanted to turn that into a show and there has been no news since then.
LensmanMatt92 - 5/8/2014, 12:41 PM
FLASH! AAAAAAAAAAH! He'll save everyone of us!
Jhuntdaprodigy - 5/8/2014, 12:41 PM
Can't wait to see to show. I do wonder how Flash's speed is going to work on a live-action weekly serialized TV show; I hope they can pull it off. These guys have done amazing work with Arrow, so if this show is just as good then we're in for a treat. I wonder if the shows will have interconnected storylines and villains like Buffy & Angel sometimes did? It will be awesome to see them build a cinematic TV universe. I need some more news on that rumored Young Justice series on the CW in 2015 too.
shabat - 5/8/2014, 12:42 PM

That would be beyond pimp then.

You serious?
Gusto - 5/8/2014, 12:42 PM
I hope he friggin' cameos in the Arrow finale.
Mike89 - 5/8/2014, 12:42 PM
Cant wait for this show.
shabat - 5/8/2014, 12:44 PM
@Nomis is right. The facebook page says less than 8 days until the trailer. That was posted yesterday.
Nomis - 5/8/2014, 12:51 PM
@ shabat - Yeah, it was also reported on here last week or so.
Guido - 5/8/2014, 12:51 PM
Was there ever any doubt that the Flash would be picked up?
aXe - 5/8/2014, 12:53 PM
Alright, lookin forward to flash, baby!
QuestiontheAnswer - 5/8/2014, 12:59 PM
The speed will probably be shown in a similar manner to Vampire Diaries and Smallville.
thebearjew - 5/8/2014, 1:01 PM
i really like the flashs top parts of the suit but beltpants boots look bad
JazzBebopHero - 5/8/2014, 1:01 PM
I'm glad to hear that The Flash has been picked up. It will be interesting to see how they utilize Flash's speed. Hopefully we can see some uniqueness in terms of how he uses his power.
shabat - 5/8/2014, 1:02 PM
@Nomis Shit I missed that.
vermillion - 5/8/2014, 1:04 PM
Really excited for The Flash. Suit looks good, with a few tweaks it could be great! Really curious, as the rest of the fans are, of how they will handle the speed effects.

Arrow has been great this season and can't wait for the finale.
ScorpioRisin - 5/8/2014, 1:11 PM
Can't wait for the flash. I'm even more excited now that I was reminded David Nutter directed the pilot. He did a great job with the red wedding.
VISIONaryNPa - 5/8/2014, 1:15 PM
Izombie still seems iffy to me.. idk..

I'll check out a few episodes of The Flash though
