BATWOMAN Trailer Features Plenty Of New Footage; First Look At Hush And Magpie In Action

Ahead of this Sunday's premiere, The CW has released a new trailer for Batwoman, and it provides our best look yet at Kate Kane (Ruby Rose) taking on the likes of Alice, Magpie and Hush. Check it out...

We got our first look at Tommy "Hush" Elliot and Magpie earlier in the week, and now we get to see them in action for the first time in this new trailer for The CW's Batwoman, which is set to premiere this Sunday night.

This small-screen take on Elliot (Revenge alum Gabriel Mann) is described as a childhood friend of Kate’s AWOL cousin, Bruce Wayne, who grew up to become a real estate mogul boasting easy charm and a friendly smile. "And yet Tommy — who in DC Comics lore adopts the mantle Hush — harbors a deadly chip on his shoulder, one which will put Kate’s secret identity at risk."

Whether he'll actually don the Hush mantle at some point remains to be seen, but the character will guest-star in episode 3.

Episode 4, meanwhile, will see the debut of Rachel Matthews (Happy Death Day) as Magpie, "an extremely intelligent and deft thief who, as her code name suggests, is drawn to shiny things and thus has a penchant for pickpocketing the rich. Oh, but Magpie has bigger plans for those who take their wealth for granted."

Its amazing how in the time when all the networks and streaming services are trying to upstage one another, keep people away from multiplex, casting big names, spending big buck... CW remains unbothered and keeps dumping the cheapest, dullest, dumbest content on our plate. No thanks.

This was a good trailer, got me interested. The trailer did it’s job. It amazes me how many critics we have on this site before they ever get to see the TV show or movie of what they’re complaining about.

CW obviously has a gay agenda, at least now they have a character that makes sense to push that agenda. And I’m pretty accepting of it with batwoman. And this is coming from a person that’s not even gay.

God this looked terrible! Better trailer than the first as they calmed down on all the Gay stuff...which im cool with with btw so dotn @me..but the first trailer was laid on wayyy too thick with gay!
That last line....wtf? Stop shitting all over Batman to put yourself in the ascendancy. This SJW crap could be the end of the CW ..
