	OK, I took the Watchmen GN with me during Thanksgiving, and read it twice. I came home and watched the trailers. Im cool with all of it BUT The Squid needs to be in it. NOT a Nuke. The nuke aspect leaves it a bit flat. If you are gonna do the Watchmen, Then DO the Watchmen! ALL THE WAY , Baby! Oh, and Ozyman still looks like a homosexual, must investigate further. 	I don't get it, wasn't the whole point of the squid ending to make people beleive an outside, none earthly force had attacked so it would unite the earth and stop countries fighting each other? How does the framing Doc Manhattan and the nuke acomplish that? ReikoLJ - 12/2/2008, 11:44 AM
	hmmmm i liked the first trailer but i dont like this 2nd one... I'm a bit put off by Dr. Manhattan just doesnt seem right to me voice, glow in the dark look and eye mascara?! Rorschach with a Dark Knight voice? mono-tone, devoid of emotion, would have been better, like Agent Smith (before he gets horny over Morpheus of course). I agree, I dont think this setting up Dr. Manhattan as the cause of world catastrophy is a good idea. it wont unite the world, would'nt it have the whole world blaming America for banishing/pissing off Dr. Manhattan? i dont think it should be a squid anyway, as Ozymandias says whatever it is (alien looking will do, more commercial!) that he transports it's dead when it gets there anyway. I'm not expecting much from this movie, it's retelling a story which works better in it's current format. I'm also not a fan of 300 and I'm expecting this one to be a relentles series of overly CGIed montages. maybe I might enjoy it because my expectations are low, maybe. 	Yeah the Batman voice is stupid, as is making 'The Watchmen' like the group name? Duhhh. I agree that Rorschach should have a monotone emotionless voice, not sound like a dark avenger of some kind. 	TwistedMonkeyNuts you voiced my thoughts. Is it just me or in this trailer does the Nite Owl seem to fly? I know visually it will be good, the rest just seems to be falling apart, and if I wanted to see good visuals I'd look for cool commercials.
