Gal Gadot Talks Training Regime For BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN

Of course keeping mute about her role, the actress gives some tidbits on her training and diet for Wonder Woman in Batman vs. Superman. Check it out after the jump!




On how she stays in shape "I just keep active, everything that's challenging, everything that I feel like doing. It's not like I'm only TRX or Pilates, I do sports."

She says TRX is her favorite form of excercise, which is basically suspension training "Because everything's working your whole body. "I do cardio, but I don't like it as much, I'd rather do weights."

Then lastly, talks about her diet "I try to eat healthy. But sometimes though, I eat cheeseburgers. That's good for the soul. I make sure to balance everything out, I drink plenty of water."
