Warners Chief Executive Peter Roth Talks About The Failed Wonder Woman Show

Warner Brothers Chief Executive Peter Roth recently discussed the dead Wonder Woman show, as well as says that the chances of it being picked up by another network are "To be determined."

The Hollywood Reporter had a chance to sit down with Perter Roth, Chief Executive at Warner Brothers, where he talked a little bit about the Wonder Woman TV show, and gave his thoughts on why it wasn't picked up.

Said Roth:

"I think Wonder Woman was a very well crafted pilot. But after seeing the announcement of the NBC schedule, I now understand and agree with Bob that it doesn't necessarily fit particularly well with their schedule. As well crafted and contemporized as it was, it was a big and radical shift for viewers to embrace this new idea -- and that may, to some degree, have had to do with why it didn't make it."

He was also asked if there was a chance another network could pick the show up:

"To be determined. I'm just not sure yet; we haven't given it a lot of thought."
