DEVLIN712 - 5/9/2014, 11:09 AM
I still don't know what to think of the future sentinels...
McNyagano - 5/9/2014, 11:10 AM

I know lol So pumped!!!

Are you going to the premier?
ALegendaryPanda - 5/9/2014, 11:13 AM
These sentinels look so sick!!
DrDoom - 5/9/2014, 11:16 AM
Love the design of the Mark X Sentinels.
MexicanSexyman - 5/9/2014, 11:17 AM
@McNyagano, you lucky bastard. How are you getting these early screenings? Must be black magic.
sKeemAn - 5/9/2014, 11:17 AM

Damn you. You lucky bastard!
MexicanSexyman - 5/9/2014, 11:21 AM
@DrDoom, bro that is the first time I have seen you say something positive about any cbm, since you pretty much anything.
MisterPL - 5/9/2014, 11:22 AM
With every BEHIND-THE-SCENES VIDEO, TV SPOT, TRAILER, and IMAGE they release, we'll have seen almost every frame of this movie in two weeks.

Let me know how it is. I'm done with foX-Men.
thewonderer - 5/9/2014, 11:24 AM
I like this design. It's very practical. I think regular sentinels would be way too CGI heavy and require tons of the budget for the specific details. Also, they would look really fake most likely.
Abary - 5/9/2014, 11:25 AM
The Sentinels look pretty good when they're in action.
sKeemAn - 5/9/2014, 11:25 AM

I think they did good considering what the comic Nimrod looked like
GL - 5/9/2014, 11:25 AM
This movie is going to own.
GL - 5/9/2014, 11:26 AM
These sentinels seem more logical rather than giant robots. I'm pretty sure it would have seemed like giant robots was too easy for the X-Men to fight.
Zoolitron - 5/9/2014, 11:27 AM
Looks fan made
McNyagano - 5/9/2014, 11:28 AM
" I think regular sentinels would be way too CGI heavy and require tons of the budget for the specific details. Also, they would look really fake most likely."

While I very much agree with you on your other points but have you not seen the Transfomers films? That CGI is near flawless.

There's a press screening at a theatre I used to work in;)
Ineedrevelation - 5/9/2014, 11:31 AM

I don't think he's gonna make it
Gusto - 5/9/2014, 11:33 AM

Honestly...I dig 'em.
yossarian - 5/9/2014, 11:35 AM
What is the over/under on how many mutants they shove in just to get waxed?
thewonderer - 5/9/2014, 11:37 AM

How come when Fox makes a comic change,"Fox is gonna Fox" but when the MCU makes a comic change, they're respecting the comics and only changing what needs to be changed?

Thor should wear his helmet. Mandarin shouldn't have been an actor. Red Skull should be way more villainous and horrifying. Hank Pym should be the creator of Ultron and the same age as Tony.
CinemaHero - 5/9/2014, 11:37 AM
I still can't decided if I think the Sentinels look freaking amazing...or kinda weird...

thewonderer - 5/9/2014, 11:37 AM
The list goes on.
beane2099 - 5/9/2014, 11:40 AM
To me, what the Sentinels look like isn't nearly as important as how they function in the movie. Personally I never liked the building sized sentinels because they seemed to impractical. I remember an episode of the 90's X Men cartoon where a giant sentinel was trying to sneak up on Cyclops and all I could do was laugh.
Bloodraven - 5/9/2014, 11:40 AM
The next two weeks can't pass quickly enough!
sKeemAn - 5/9/2014, 11:40 AM
@yoss 7/3
tvor03 - 5/9/2014, 11:43 AM

or the scene where the sentinel is literally hiding behind a tree. as if it doesn't have legs.
yossarian - 5/9/2014, 11:43 AM
@Skee - 7 sounds right. I'll take the push on that.
DrDoom - 5/9/2014, 11:48 AM

I don't hate everything. If I legitimately like something, I will say so, it's just that my positive comments are usually ignored.
sKeemAn - 5/9/2014, 11:48 AM
It doesn't if the same one dies twice. lol
Nomis - 5/9/2014, 11:49 AM
Bearjew - 5/9/2014, 11:51 AM
The reason they didn't do straight up sentinels is because Bolivar Trask is already a spoof of Tony Stark. Trask-Stark get it? That's why the sentinels look and have exactly the same weapons as Iron Man. So no, they couldn't do that
Gusto - 5/9/2014, 11:52 AM
What's the over under on
Stan Lee outliving McKellan???
DrunkenNukem - 5/9/2014, 11:54 AM
the poster is ok..

Karmatron - 5/9/2014, 11:59 AM
This movie will be so huge in favorable reviews and box office that Marvel studios wont have X-Men anytime soon and that is great!!!

I cannot imagine a wolverine that pretends to be wolverine but in the end is a drunken actor saying ole ole ole

I cannot imagine a Magneto as boring as a red skull, killian, hammer, please no!!!

I cannot imagine a Profesor X saying stupid jokes every five minutes a la selving

Long Live X-Men from fox studios yeah!!!
ComicsBornAndBred - 5/9/2014, 12:04 PM
Can I get a XMEN DOFP please??
Nomis - 5/9/2014, 12:04 PM
Marvel and Fox have both took dumps on the source material (i.e comics lore).

And I have mentioned that they both need to be taken to task and criticized when they go farther that just "tweaking" the source material for the sake of the movies.

Marvel more so than FOX since it's there movies.
Fun1gUy - 5/9/2014, 12:12 PM
i like the sents, look so boss
Ocelot - 5/9/2014, 12:13 PM
Erm there are many different variation of Sentinels.

The 70's Sentinels are pretty much a cross between the ones in X-MEN: Evolution and the neo-sentinels.

Whilst the Future Sentinels are a fusion of different Nimrod variations.
