It was the only HighLight of that film... Unless you want to count the future sentinels killing the old cast over and over.

Also expected them to re use the character for a similar sequence from the DOFP, thats kind of the only thing every one agreed on that was cool from that movie.
Im not against it, but yeah Singer recycling ideas is normal.

I agree though,
You shouldn't have Quicksilver without Scarlet Witch,
Their dynamic is beautiful and fascinating, and without eachother's they're just another superpowered being.

Singer should introduce SW into X-Men ASAPH (with her probability powers)

I still hate Whedon for killing off QS

Such a good sequence, but really the characterization was lame. And the plot hole of him just leaving and helping was dumb. Was it lamer than AOU? Questionable. But AOU didn't have that amazing sequence, so Xmen wins in my book.

I prefer aou quicksilver he was more charming, dofp quicksilver was like an annoying hipster teen. That dofp scene was cool though, I just hope in apocalypse he gets some more character development. But it sounds like he just has one cool scene again 😩

It's kind of ridiculous how much better Quicksilver was in DOFP than AOU. I barely remember anything Quicksilver did or said in AOU (actually I barely remember anything from that trash movie). And no, I'm not a MCU hater, Guardians is my favorite CBM. But the praise AOU gets here is ridiculous. I get that this place is riddled with MCU fanboys who probably think Iron Man 2 is a good movie, you guys don't have to act like literally everything from the MCU is amazing. It makes your opinions invalid.

Singer doesn't make great CBMs, or great X-Men movies and he totally misses the characterization of most of the characters

But, Singer can make Great movies, and he did that with DOFP

If that Quicksilver scene was in an MCU film, you guys would be [frick]ing ecstatic.

That Quicksilver scene was awesome, and the retro vibe of the movies is cool too
