I prefer it when Xavier has his legs open... yeah... that.
Who were the helmets designed for?
BabyGroot - 5/20/2014, 1:21 PM
The Xavier Mobile
anthonyEstark - 5/20/2014, 1:24 PM
DEVLIN - I'm pretty sure they're for some Trask soldiers.
WinterSoldier33 - 5/20/2014, 1:25 PM

McNyagano - 5/20/2014, 1:25 PM
What's up with the biker helmets? What are they for?-.-
DoubleDion - 5/20/2014, 1:26 PM

I kinda wish they went with the crazy looking wheelchair like his 90's yellow colored wheel chair
Comedian03 - 5/20/2014, 1:35 PM
Am I the only one who read the title of this article as Professor X was going to wear some kind of a helmet...I'm disappointed now.
ComicsBornAndBred - 5/20/2014, 1:39 PM
I think the helmet is for Xavier protection if he's involved in battle
Abary - 5/20/2014, 1:41 PM
Nah, the wheel chair should be more slim than that. It is fine the way it turned out in the movie.
NostalgicYouth - 5/20/2014, 1:45 PM
I assume its because, it would take too much focus for him to control himself and others if needed be.
SuperCat - 5/20/2014, 1:48 PM
Professor X looks comfortable.
Galaxy - 5/20/2014, 1:48 PM
Its the Tumbler… handicapped version
Floke - 5/20/2014, 1:56 PM
-My name is Charles Xavier, powerfull mutant and the founder of X-Men.. Would you like me to mow your lawn? 50 dollars only.
REPOMAN - 5/20/2014, 1:57 PM

You'd think with the technology they have -not only evident in that wheelchair of the distant future- but even back in 1970's US with gigantic 15ft fúcking walking robots that they'd just given him robotic exo-legs to walk around in.

Not moving your legs and lower body for decades causes huge health problems.

jimoakley666 - 5/20/2014, 1:59 PM
Looks like the chair he had a few years back when Xavier and Magneto were living in the ruins of Genosha.
lawndart - 5/20/2014, 2:01 PM
Looks like the Tumbler got drunk, knocked up a Pinto, and we got this wheelchair 9 months later.
Floke - 5/20/2014, 2:01 PM
Can it fly?
Scorpion8125 - 5/20/2014, 2:06 PM
Looks like he is clenching for a dump in his fancy X-Toilet.

GeekOfKrypton - 5/20/2014, 2:08 PM
all of those chairs are ugly!
Ocelot - 5/20/2014, 2:12 PM
"as well as some helmet props for Bolivar Trask's soldiers."
KrazyForKomix - 5/20/2014, 2:28 PM
This isn't right!
Spock is going to go awol for him any second now!
DoubleDion - 5/20/2014, 2:30 PM
Just don't get why he doesn't use his magic powers to walk around... if he needs to find mutants or whatever the hell then sit down... I mean you wouldnt walk around and take a shit at the same time now would you? Maybe gusto does
WinterSoldier24 - 5/20/2014, 2:35 PM
So...the Master Chief makes a cameo in this movie...? Hot dog! My excitement level just shot through the roof!
YeezusWept - 5/20/2014, 2:35 PM
So close...

ThePowerCosmic - 5/20/2014, 2:47 PM
Lazy! marvel studios concept artist paint the actors in and make it real art. Fox just drops a photo in of Patrick Stewart. Take pride in your work Fox.
DurtyTalynt - 5/20/2014, 3:44 PM
Crackin up! so cheap
xXkryptoniteXx - 5/20/2014, 4:53 PM
I see the inspiration they did for Charles but I still prefer the hovering version for the future. If only the hovering wheel chair would be more like the 90's version but in black and grey.
Spock0Clock - 5/20/2014, 4:56 PM
I like the all-terrain wheelchair.

Don't like the helmets...
TheDarkKnightSlap - 5/20/2014, 5:03 PM
The Mutant Man Dress. For a mutant man who truly likes to dress.
NeoBaggins - 5/20/2014, 5:57 PM
What, no Daft Punk pictures? You all disappoint me.
GammerDad - 5/20/2014, 6:08 PM
Umm.. what ever happen to just following the comics??? Ugh.
JumpingSpider - 5/20/2014, 6:49 PM
The future is devoid of color.
tarZen - 5/21/2014, 12:03 AM
@ThePowerCosmic Why should it matter if it serves its purpose, and you already know who the actor is? It's in fact more effective in getting the closest previews of how the designs would work in the final production. Is the goal to make a film or to make the "Art of" books?

Xavier rides the Rhino like Optimus rides Grimlock
