X-Men: First Class Movie Gets A New Writer

First came news that Bryan Singer was directing, now this!

Jamie Moss has come on board to write a new draft of the X-Men: First Class screenplay, according to Heat Vision. Josh Schwartz wrote the original draft.

Jamie Moss has only written Street Kings in the past. I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing though...

Today and yesterday have been filled with great treats for all comic book fans, huh?

	hahahahahahahahahaha you just compared keanu to affleck lol thats like [frick]ing night and day. just because he was in SOME good movies doesnt mean he's a good actor. he's one of this generations worst and most predictable actors along side nick cage. he sucks at acting!!!!!!! the only movie i liked him in was constantine, and yet, guess what, he still sucked at acting in that movie! he shows no [frick]ING emotion!!!!! he sucks ass. 	just make the characters like cyclops,colossus,iceman,arcangel,rogue,gambit,nightcrawler,beak,chamber,sinister,sentinels,and apocalypse fit into the story and have screen time.well some of them would not fit into first class because they came later but thats what x-4,and x-5 is for. 1chris2 - 12/17/2009, 5:34 PM

	ok ill get in on this... if u compare street kings 2 training day..well then it sucked big time.. keanu dosnt show much emotion when he acts...thats y he gets type casted in such roles...matrix trilogy, the day the earth stood still..and so on...but he was good in those roles... nick cage is an awsum actor..dont bring him in2 this! affleck didnt act like affleck when he doned the DD suit!..thats all i got..he is pretty much the same guy in every movie...but a great director! gone baby gone was top notch!..his brother can act his ass off! ~X XmutantX - 12/17/2009, 7:27 PM
	Everything Mutant x said! Reeves is not a bad actor..he's just a bad emoter. He still has a certain amount of screen precence and he's convincing in certain roles(Constantine, Scanner Darkly etc)..Cage is great..anyone who hasn't seen at least one Cage performance that blows them away simply needs to watch more movies. 	We already know what the format will be. Young Scott, Jean, Beast..with Emma Frost and probably a few of the mutants from the end of Wolverine..Quicksilver, Banshee etc...anyone holding their breath for a reboot with the original 5 from the comic will need a biiiig oxygen mask! 	Singer's coming back? So much for any prayer of seeing the X-Men wearing COSTUMES instead of that leather fetish crap. Ugh. I'm also wondering how they'll work Wolverine in to this, since we could NEVER do an X-Men movie that was less than 90% Wolverine! Heaven forbid! Even though a true "First Class" movie would focus on the original X-Men only, which did NOT include Wolvie. Sadly, Rorschach is exactly right.
