Though it still hasn't been officially confirmed yet,
all signs point to Lashana Lynch being poised to
replace Daniel Craig as 007 in the
James Bond franchise, and we have a first behind-the-scenes look at her character right here.
The Daily Mail has shared some photos from the Italian set of
No Time to Die, and they feature the
Captain Marvel actress fully armed-up and looking more than ready to defend Queen and Country alongside Bond. The pics also give us another look at Lea Seydoux, who will reprise the role of Dr Madeleine Swann.
At this point it's not clear if Lynch will actually be taking over as the franchise's lead while the Bond character takes a backseat, but it seems more likely that this new 007 will simply feature in a supporting capacity alongside Bond... for the time being, at least.
