I'm interested to see how this film performs at the box office. The first John Wick was undersold to the audience but quickly picked up steam in the home video market.

I wonder if this can do $30 million opening weekend? I think Lions Gate would be over the moon with that result.

I hope they don't go too big. A lot of sequels aim too high, or don't have a necessary story, and lose the appeal of what made the first so good to begin with. But with all of the right players involved, this is definitely a hopeful possibility.
