This has already been speculated upon many times. Since Juno Temple was announced as having a part in The Dark Knight Rises fans have been throwing out the names of any character she may fit. Of course Harley was mentioned, but this is the first time we have heard anything in the way of a valid rumor.

Now of course she MAY be playing Harley, she also MAY be playing Robin or any other number of characters. We just don't know. But if Schneider is on the level and heard this from someone in the know it's not really a stretch that Temple may be donning the jester outfit and keeping some link to The Joker alive in
