Just like he did with the recent trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home, Darth Blender has now recreated the new sneak peek at Matt Reeves' The Batman that debuted during DC FanDome using footage from the acclaimed Batman: The Animated Series.

The Emmy Award-winning show premiered back in 1992 and ran for a total of 85 episodes. It's widely considered to be one of the best animated series of all time, and many Bat-fans still hail it as the greatest non-comic book interpretation of The Dark Knight.

Blender has done a terrific job here, painstakingly scouring through hours of Batman: TAS to match-up scenes from the show with every frame from the trailer, right down to that inverted shot of the Caped Crusader walking towards a defeated Penguin.

Check it out below along with the actual trailer, and let us know what you think.

Were you a fan of Batman: The Animated Series back in the day, or did you discover it more recently? If you've never watched, we highly recommend giving it a watch sometime.

The Batman stars Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Andy Serkis as Alfred, Jeffrey Wright as Jim Gordon, Paul Dano as The Riddler, and Colin Farrell as The Penguin. The movie is set to hit theaters on March 4, 2022.
