Here is my YouTube video showing pictures oh the cast, but if you dont want to watch it, here is the cast list and why I would cast these actors. Please leave comments giving your opinions on the cast! Also, please maybe like the video if you are a fan of the cast?
* Michael Fassbender as Bruce Wayne/Batman: Fassbender is slowly breaking out in Hollywood with "X-Men: First Class" under his belt, and "Prometheus" cant hurt his growing popularity. For Batman I felt an actor that had a great range of emotion, badass-ness but even comedicness if needed. Fassbender could bring that, and his likeness works with some comic book adaptions featuring Bruce Wayne.
* Kate Winslet as Vicki Vale: Vicki is a love interest role that really just needs a good actress. Kate would be great in the role because she could play a hardheaded reporter like Vicki, not to mention her name is a great addition to add with "Titanic" under her resume. Her acting is very good and she looks decent as Vicki.
* Sean Penn as Commissioner James Gordon: No one has liked this casting, but I stand by it. "Milk" shows Penn could play a role like Gordon, forgetting the homosexuality of his character in the film, you can see that he can be more then what people think when you think of Penn. I say Penn would make a fantastic Gordon, and he can certainly look like Gordon.
* Geoffrey Rush as Alfred Pennyworth: When I cast Rush as Alfred, I completely forgot he was Australian. Though I think he could be a cool Alfred still, but I would definantly recast it for an actual english actor. But can anyone else see Rush in the role, because I could.*
* Jeremy Irons as Dr. Jonathan Crane/The Scarecrow: Jeremy Irons is one of the few actors that never gets hate because his works he chooses are always respectable. That, and he is total awesomeness. For Scarecrow I wanted an older actor, not a young actor, and Irons' voice could work under the mask.
* Al Pacino as Salvatore Maroni: Realistically Pacino would never accept this, at least I dont think he would. But it still would be amazing if Pacino was in a Batman movie and played a mobster again. It would not hurt!
* Leonardo DiCaprio as Harvey Dent: Lets be honest, if DiCaprio got this role none of us would really be against it. DiCaprio has been getting better in the acting department film after film so why not? His name lends to the film and he would work as Harvey Dent, and could probably play Two-Face later on.
* Robert Duvall as Carmine Falcone: A Pacino-Duvall reunion would be AWESOME. Again, Duvall would never do it like Pacino but I can dream. Marlon Brando in "The Godfather"'s likeness is what was used for Carmine Falcone, so it would be a cool tribute having someone from the movie play the role.
* Denzel Washington as Lucius Fox: Denzel would probably accept this role, he is a big actor and I would love to see him as Batman and be in a DC film. There are not a whole lot of roles he would fit in the DC comic books other then John Stewart and Martian Manhunter, but Lucius would fit fine. An actor of his stature would likely join just to be in a Batman movie, or at least to make some cash.
* Jared Harris as Dr. Hugo Strange: It amazed me how I had never heard of Jared Harris suggested for Hugo Strange before. The guy looks creepy as hell and looks a fair amount like Strange. Not to mention in the video he sports similar glasses!
* Eion Bailey as Thomas Wayne: Bailey has been discussed among fans for Bruce Wayne, but I really just dont think Bailey has proven himself good enough to have such a big role. I think he is a good actor though, and would suit a smaller role like Thomas Wayne better. That is not even a degrading role to have considering how impactful it is in the story.
* Julianne Nicholson as Martha Wayne: Martha Wayne could be played by any actress really. I dont care. I cast Nicholson because she fits the part and looks it too, not to mention Michael Fassbender could be a beleivable son to a Bailey/Nicholson lovechild.
* Aidan Turner as Joe Chill: I wanted to cast someone big in the part. Turner is not quite big yet but after he stars in the next two Hobbit movies he will be. Turner may not look like Chill, but you dont have too as he is not that big of a character.
* Lisa Vidal as Renee Montoya: Watch Vidal in "The Event", she could pass as Renee. Another Gotham PD character needed to be here, so I decided Renee would do for now. She would have a larger role later in the sequels.
* Andrew Garfield as The Joker: Everyone has hated on this casting idea, but I am going to defend it. Andrew is a magnificent young actor, and everyone says he cant play a psychotic clown but I truly beleive the only reason people are against this so much is because he just has not actually played a role displaying what people would consider to be "psychotic" and he is playing Peter Parker in "The Amazing Spider-Man". But his roles thus far has shown he is a great dramatic actor, and he still has not shown off all his chops, not to mention so many actors now have played more then one comic book role it almost is a non-factor.
* Jessica Biel as Lois Lane: Lois can be played by Biel, no question. I would have her show up just as a nod to my eventual Superman fancast. No other reasons, I would have her show up to report on the Batman or something.
