HENRY CAVILL as Kal-El / Clark Kent / Superman
Cavill for me is the ultimate choice out of every actor I have laid my eyes on. Nobody has the best overall qualities that he does. I don't expect Cavill to be cast I expect an unknown nobody has heard of who has great potential but for me it would be Cavill. I would be happy with whoever Snyder casts.
OLIVIA WILDE as Lois Lane
I have had Emily Blunt as my Lois for about a year and before her I had Wilde. I change to Blunt because Wilde looked too "supermodel" for me. She has now cut her hair and looks great, is fast becoming a top leading lady and for me would be a fantasic Lois Lane with attitude and a kick ass right hook.
COREY BURTON as Voice of Brainiac
The veteran Voice Actor has previously voiced Brainiac on a number of occasions for Warner Bros. aniamted department for the Superman and Justice League animated programmes. That for me is the definative voice of Brainiac who shouldn't be organic but a cold intelligence with no emotion akin to the Terminator from the original film. It would go down as a legendary character. I would imagine Brainiac to be made up of tiny nanobots that can interchange with each other to make different forms and colours.
MICHAEL FASSBENDER as Alexander "Lex" Luthor
By far the best candidate for Lex Luthor who looks like a bit of a posh thug but can play suave as well. Not just a nice suave, but a "I know your evil suave". Yes he is playing Magneto but he would own Luthor and having already collaborated with Zack before on 300, I am quietly confident.
MALIN AKERMAN as Mercedes "Mercy" Graves
Akerman who was the lead role in Snyder's Watchmen would kill Mercy Graves. She has the look of a female assasain but at the same time is stunningly beautiful which bodes well if your going to kick somebody's ass. Having worked with Snyder before, I have hope for this one as well.
CHRIS COOPER as Perry White
Cooper was wanted by Chris Nolan to play James Gordon in his Batman trilogy. I believe having worked with Snyder before he has a good chance at playing Perry or maybe Pa Kent. I like him for Perry and can play an angry Editor in Chief who's paper is failing thanks to advanced in technology.
ANTON YELCHIN as James "Jimmy" Olsen
Everybody is picking him for Jimmy and I'm not surprised. He is the best young candidate out there and with a pretty big name already is a top choice. He wouldn't have to be identical to his comic counterpart but he can easily pull off the look.
ED HARRIS as General Samuel Lane
I picture his performance in "The Rock" as my inspiration for this choice which I deem perfect. Lois' father who comes to Metropolis initially to watch over the threat of Superman before Brainiac attacks.
BRUCE GREENWOOD as Jonathan Kent
I picture Greenwood as a big screen version of John Schneider from Smallville. He has worked with Warner Bros. before as the voice of Batman on a couple of animated films and that connection could be enough and I have hope for him as do every other fan, he is simply perfect.
MERYL STREEP as Martha Kent
Roughly around the same age as Greenwood, they look good together and Streep is a big name in a small role, a nice nod to the Superman films by Christopher Reeve. She has a great look for Ma Kent.
