I would like an Iron Man 4, but I want to save the real Mandarin for an Avenger film.

Make Mandarin and the 10 Rings the main villians in the first Phase 4 Avengers film.

I also am not too fond of the change you have made with Mandarin being in South America.

I would rather Iron Man 4 set up the next big issue. Like IM4 is supposed to be after infinity so what is there left? The Mandarin, I would like to see Tony semi succeed against what he believes to be the main threat in Iron Man 4 leaving the fourth Avengers movie to be a team up film where the avengers try to take out the Mandarin.

IM4 is very unlikely. You can expect to see RDJ helping with new franchises like the Sony/Marvel Spiderman joint venture but not a new solo effort. As for the Mandarin;

1) In hindsight it should have been obvious in IM3 that we were dealing with an imposter. The OP needs to get over it. IM 3 was a good movie it just wasn't the good movie his head canon required.

2) A real honest to goodness Mandarin story would, imo, take a duology or even better trilogy to resolve. Marvel does not do those except with the Avengers and Mandy is an unlikely candidate for them.

As always YMMV.

I cant see anyone else playing Stark.

I cant see IM4 being made.

*sigh," another PredatorRising article about Iron Man 4 and the Mandarin. *sigh*

At least you seem to have finally figured out that Stark isn't going to suddenly become a secret agent like James Bond. Now, please get it through your head that most of us do NOT care about ever seeing the "real" Mandarin. And IM 3 was actually a good movie, and I loved the twist.

"Now, please get it through your head that most of us do NOT care about ever seeing the "real" Mandarin." - most of "you" wouldn't care for Thanos or Locki if they weren't popularized through movies. And? Just because YOU don't care, means that everyone doesn't care?

"and I loved the twist." - you can love whatever you want, but the twist is terrible, just like the movie itself.
