COMIC BOOK MEN's Kevin Smith Returns Home After Suffering A Massive Heart Attack

Writer, director, and ambassador of all things nerdy Kevin Smith has let his Twitter followers know that he was in better condition after suffering a heart attack earlier this week. More past the jump...

Kevin Smith is back home and feeling good. The filmmaker and massive comic book fan updated his followers on his condition after suffering a "massive heart attack" on Sunday night.

Smith's medical emergency happened shortly after performing a live show in Arizona. While Smith was still in the hospital, he posted a video to his YouTube channel telling the story of his scary experience.

The writer/director is no stranger to the world of superheroes, having directed episodes of CW's The Flash and Supergirl. Smith is also a well-known commentator on comic book movies and other geeky properties on the show Fatman on Batman.
