The Working Title For J.J. Abrams' STAR WARS: EPISODE IX Has Seemingly Been Revealed
We found out earlier tonight that director J.J. Abrams has delivered his pitch for the final installment of Lucasfilm's new Star Wars trilogy, and now we might just have a working title for the movie...
According to Fantha Tracks - who were the first to report on the working titles for The Last Jedi (Space Bear) and Rogue One (Los Alamos) - the still untitled Star Wars: Episode IX will shoot under the name Black Diamond. Can we decipher anything about the film based on this? Probably not - although it's certainly not unheard of for a working title to have some significance.
Be sure to let us know if you have any theories in the comments section. Star Wars: Episode IX is set to hit theaters on December 20, 2019.
