STAR WARS Star Mark Hamill Really Wanted To Play The Vulture In SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING
Michael Keaton received an overwhelming amount of praise for his portrayal of The Vulture in Spider-Man: Homecoming, but it seems Mark Hamill was eager to sink his talons into the role too...
"I don’t want to jeopardize any potential roles I might have in a future Marvel film," Hamill told Rotten Tomatoes at the D23 Expo over the weekend. "I had my fingers crossed that Michael Keaton would turn down the Vulture but darn it. There’s not a lot of villainous roles for senior citizens so I had my eyes on the Vulture."
While Hamill certainly would have been an interesting choice, it's hard to argue with the performance we received in the film from Keaton. Do you want to see Hamill take on a villainous (or not-so-villainous) role in the MCU? Let us know who you think he could play in the comments!
