There's still a lot of buzz surrounding the "Marvel Zombies" episode of What If...?, especially after reports surfaced that we could eventually see live-action versions of these undead heroes and villains.

The potential for something special with a project like that is obvious, but what would the likes of Captain America, Thanos, and the Scarlet Witch look like in such a movie or TV show? Well, thanks to some incredible new fan-art, we have a much better idea of how things could go if those characters were to fall victim to the zombie virus Janet Van Dyne brought back from the Quantum Realm.

As for where we could see the "Marvel Zombies" again, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is certainly one possibility, but a Halloween special on Disney+ could also be a lot of fun. That would keep the budget in check, and could be a good taste of what might be to come (these undead heroes eventually gain sentience in the comic books and embark on their own adventures).

We're expecting a title reveal for tomorrow's episode of What If...? to arrive a little later today, but a poster has confirmed that the spotlight will be turned to a Variant God of Thunder dubbed "Party Thor."
