To celebrate Stranger Things Day (November 6 is the day Will Byers first went missing in season 1), Netflix has shared a new trailer for the upcoming fourth season of the fan-favorite sci-fi horror series, and it reveals that this latest chapter will take place (partially, at least) in sunny California.

The promo finds Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and Will (Noah Schnapp) adjusting to their lives in the Golden State. The psychic teen reveals that it's been 185 days since she last saw Mike (Finn Wolfhard), and is very much looking forward to catching up with him at spring break.

Of course, this being Stranger Things, we already know this little reunion won't go according to plan before the chaotic footage kicks in.

Specific plot details are still under wraps, but we do know that a the seemingly haunted Creel house will factor in somehow, and there have also been hints that we could see the return of the sinister Dr. Martin Brenner (Matthew Modine).

New cast additions for season 4 include A Nightmare on Elm Street legend Robert Englund, Jamie Campbell Bower (the Twilight films), Eduardo Franco (American Vandal), Joseph Quinn (Howard’s End), Sherman Augustus (Into the Badlands), Mason Dye (Bosch), Nikola Djuricko (Legends) and Tom Wlaschiha (Game of Thrones).

Stranger Things returns for its fourth season next year.
