Ah, sheesh. They had one of the greatest stories with "When Bongos Collide", where Itchy and Scratchy come to life, wreak havoc around town, and explode the nuclear plant, giving everyone superpowers, with so many great parody names!

Wow. This is like what happened when Disney got star wars. Maybe new mutants is really canned.

Simpsons comics have actually been pretty good throughout their run. Better than recent episodes. It's a shame. I miss the 90s sometimes.

That's a shame. When I was 8, 9 10, I used to read them all the time. I probably read Simpsons comic more than I watched the Simpsons. But it had a good 25 year run I suppose.

I remember a friend of mine bragging that he had issue 1 - 100 of a comic run, for some reason my friends and I had it in our heads thst he was talking about marvel comics, anyway turned out to be Simpsons comics and we went home.

@TheDpool - 100 chronologically numbered issues of a Marvel run in today's market would be some feat, both in patience and possibly reality shifting powers as they restart numbering constantly, and of course they kind of are terrible.
