@Syringe agreed. My all-time favorite episode is when Gohan finally goes SSJ2 and beats Cell's ass. That moment was years in the making.

I mean seriously, the guy can't even turn Super Saiyan 2 as of the new movie. Hell, he wasn't even really in his Mystic form either in BoG. They made him a regular Super Saiyan then made him look more like his Mystic self after fan backlash.

Not that it matters much as everyone who's not a God now is useless. Just like how everyone who wasn't a Super Saiyan became useless around the Cell arc.

Really, they should've invested in a GOOD live action Dragon Ball Z… It could've been a better trilogy than the matrix.
They half assed the last one and killed any kind of love for DBZ… But I still think if they follow the DBZ saga in a trilogy style format, we can still get an amazing DBZ live action movie. Start with the Saiyens, Raditz at the beginning of the first movie shows up and then Napa and Vageta show up and they are the finally of the first movie. Second could be the Freeza saga with Freeza and the Genyu Force. The 3rd could be the Cell and Android saga. If all those happen they can end on MajinBu saga. 4 movies that could've been done on a MCU, Avatar type level.

I wish Gohan was more powerful again. It's not right to just focus on Goku and Vegeta all the time. In fact I want future trunks to come back too.

To be fair he literally looked like that at the end of Z. Hopefully we'll see him train again, since he has a daughter, Pan and she's getting into martial arts, makes sense for him to get back into training to teach her

Here I was hoping they'd bring back the Gohan from Cell Saga. He was my favorite character til the turned him into SaiyanMan.

The writers of Dragon ball Z missed a huge opportunity after the Cell saga. They once again bring back Goku making death and sacrifice absolutely meaningless at that point. They had this great Character in Gohan. Someone they'd built up through the seasons as having this big hidden potential. And brought it out in this huge victory over Cell. This would have been a perfect time for a changing of the guard. A perfect time for Goku to pass the Reins to Gohan as earths greatest protector. But nope they make him a lame ass
