Agent Carter movie to finish up the season two cliffhanger?

If Thanos ends us rewriting reality in Avengers 4, then I could see her return.

I would still like to see a TV or Netflix movie to conclude her series though. Kind of a bummer they decided to leave it on a cliffhanger, not it feel really incomplete.

@MrDandy - An episode of agents of shield maybe?

@KingCipher - Even that would be nice. Something to tie it together and not just leave it hanging.

Also, DAMN how did I get so many typos in this post?? I'd blame spellcheck if it weren't obviously my sloppy fingers.

@MrDandy - The MCU is probably the most successful multi-media franchise this side of Star Wars, but it will still follow the same fundamental laws.

In this case, once it grows to its maximum allowable niche, it will inevitably have storylines and characters that are either never going to properly resolved, or will only be concluded in semi-canonical low-cost media (like comics). And it sucks that Carter is likely to be one of them, since Atwell is so great and game to do more.

But the only way she's going to get any kind of major revival is if they do something really aggressive in the movies to bring her into the modern day or there is a complete reconfiguring of the TV side to move away from modestly-budgeted Triple-A ball series and attempt to make truly great television. But that takes a kind of dedication (and frankly pretension) that I don't think Marvel's TV branch is capable of.

That said, because of the quirk of Carter's personal continuity, she could potentially take up the role at any time. If the MCU still exists in 20 years, she could play Carter in the 1960's / 1970's.

Bring her back..... in the movies and tv.

Hopefully not, she died, let someone else stay dead besides just Quick Silver.

Don't need another spy character running around, already have enough of those in the MCU
