All good things come to an end and the Russo Brothers have just announced that filming has officially wrapped on their still-untitled Avengers sequel, which is currently slated to hit theaters on May 3, 2019.

Since Avengers: Infinity War left half the Marvel Cinematic Universe collecting dust, the follow-up will feature a team that's considerably scaled-down and as far as we know consists of Captain America (Chris Evans), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), War Machine (Don Cheadle), Ant-Man (Paul Rudd), Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper), Nebula (Karen Gillan), and Captain Marvel (Brie Larson). There's also reason to believe that fellow survivors Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi), Okoye (Danai Gurira), Shuri (Letitia Wright), and M'Baku (Winston Duke) could join them, but nothing has been confirmed just yet.

With the film now wrapped, the countdown to the title reveal, teaser trailer, and, of course, the theatrical launch can truly begin.

An unprecedented cinematic journey ten years in the making and spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Infinity War” brings to the screen the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time. The Avengers and their Super Hero allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe.

@Gandressmex - Can you believe we are alive in a time where we have watched a live action comic book unfold before our eyes since 2008?

@Gandressmex - remember when Brolin got shushed for mentioning the fact that he was talking to Daniel Day Lewis about Thanos? Think there’s anything to that?

@SonOfAGif - If I would of said, CMB would be mainstream in the near future back in 2008. People would of laughed off! Before my fear was to die, now it's to die before the films come out!!
