All of their responses work for me except this:

"Thanos' skin is almost impenetrable, we don't know whether Doctor Strange had the capability to do it..."

@BlackBeltJones - Right? When Mantis had Thanos in sleep mode, Dr. Strange surely could've done something. If Iron Man can do this...

I'm sure magic can do more.

@KWilly - I mean, I get it Thanos is a tough sob. Iron Man threw A SHIT TON at him and like he said, ALL THAT FOR A DROP OF BLOOD? They dropped an entire ship engine on him, tossed him through a number of stones and rocks. He took it all without a sweat. He's a Deviant I get it.

But I'm sure Strange could'e made some sort of dent. Shoot, show him trying to saw his arm off with the sling portal bit by bit. Making ti takes a while, but showing Strange slowly cutting into Thanos would've worked, then maybe he breaks free but at least we know it can be done but it take a hell of a lot to pull it off.

@BlackBeltJones - I've been saying that Thanos is basically impenetrable since this idea sprouted. I've also said, we only see Wong cut of somebody's hand using a portal. As far as we know Strange can't do that, only Wong can. Look at it like a video-game skill-tree; Wong has Portals Lvl. 3, Strange only has Lvl. 1.

@BlackBeltJones - And if he did, it wouldn't make much of a movie ending, lol. So it makes sense they didn't do that.

@Nebula - I can buy this somewhat.

I really like the film but I feel that some of the events break the MCU timeline. Does the Agent Carter show still count? Because that shows Peggy living her life in the past without Steve. Also, does this mean that all MCU films are now set in 2023? Does it mean that everyone who wasn't snapped are now 5 years older than their loved ones? How are all the TV shows going to deal with this? If Marvel Netflix ever continues are they just gonna ignore this? I want to see how Matt and Frank would cope with something like this.

@Nightwing1015 -

Like The Russos said: any change in the past doesn't affect the prime timelines present, it creates new timelines.

Endgame opened the door for multiple universes/timelines

I think of everything we have experienced in the movies as Earth Prime.

"the old Cap at the end movie, he lived his married life in a different universe from the main one"

Ok, so how did Cap get back to the main universe after that? Why did he bother? To see his friends again?

@Nightwing1015 - Yes.

You could make a movie to explain this haha. I just assume that he had the particles and the suit all that time and decided to come back and let them know he was alright once had had lived his life.

He bothered so that he could let them know he was okay. Cap is a good guy. I don't think he would just up and go and never return to say goodbye.

@Nightwing1015 - with the wrist gadget. Hulk looking at the monitor even comments that he just jumped past his time stamp right as Bucky sees him sitting on the bench
