This is what it looks like when you're in touch with your characters.

It may have worked if it was four year old Morgan, not a completely different actress.

The soul stone is the most disappointing stone in the MCU by far. Other than Thanos soul world visit, we didn't really see anything from it and with Stark's visit being cut we didn't get any pay off from it.

I actually liked the Hawkeye and Widow vs Thanos and his crew better than what we got though I understand the reasoning behind the change.

Am I missing something or are there not many extra features for this movie on Disney+?
I at least thought there'd be more deleted scenes (or at least without director commentary)

The one with Katherine was really very out of place and had no conection whatsoever, glad they cut it out

I think the reason why this doesn't work isn't because we don't know adult Morgan. Obviously audiences are not as dumb as Russos make them out to be. Having a moment where he saw his daughter grown up would have been emotional moment for Tony because that's something he'll never experience. I think the real reason why it doesn't work is with the logistics of the soul realm. How does it work? Where is it located? How does it contain the soul of a grown up Morgan when she is obviously alive? Etc. I think it worked for Gamora because she was sacrificed for the soul stone and is obviously dead but Morgan would just confuse audiences about the pretty vague plot device.

I was really disappointed with the Hulk snap - it was a bit of an anticlimax - and I think it would have benefited from Hulk seeing Nat in Soul World with a mirroring conversation to the one Thanos had with Gamora.

Conversely I don't think Tony's snap needed an extra scene, it was powerful enough as it was and as many have said and adult Morgan wouldn't connect plus she isn't in Soul World.

@Radders - that Nat Soul World idea is really good - I wish that would have happened too - would've been some great closure for Bruce and the audience
