Ah yes, turning him into a fat moron. Wouldn't have been so horrible if he had cleaned himself up at the end. So tired of Thor being forced comic relief. His comedy was perfect in IW. Ragnarok and Endgame just destroy the character I love so much.

@Psyconiix - he was drunk and fat

For me that's more of a sad thing than a funny thing. During the two showings I saw , half of the audience were like "awwww" in a pity way. The other half laughed. I think it's all about how you perceive it

People whining about fat thor Saddened me. I got right away that he got that way due to his grief and his thoughts on his failure and that he couldn't make it right. But everyone else is just like "He sucks cause he's fat thor, it's just a joke nothing to him"

People really need to pay more attention to these movies man.

@Mrcool210 - thank you

Sometimes reading people's comments saddens me. They're either short sighted or likely young. I haven't seen any other examples of how or why people just dont get things.

Thors development was a great part of this film. It's like when people say hulk didn't smash this movie. We got 5 movies of him smashing. Time for a new development with him (that's not to say I didn't miss seeing a hulk beat down, but I understand character growth and the need for it)

My only critique for this film - compared to the MVP he was in IW.

Still a 100/10 film - and Cap was the "Infinity War Thor" of Endgame (which makes me completely happy as I love Cap as a character).

Avengers Endgame is a really good film but by no means perfect.  The middle act is very plodding and ends up creating more issues than resolving them.  The final battle was epic...maybe the greatest CBM battle ever put to film.  The character arcs of Tony Stark, Natasha Romanov and Clint Barton are excellent.  Thor and Bruce Banner, I found to be ridiculous. Everyone else had glorified cameos...which under the circumstance is understandable.  My ranking for the Infinity Saga is...

1) Winter Soldier
2) Civil War
3) Black Panther
4) Avengers
5) Infinity War
6) Endgame
7) Iron Man
8) Guardians of the Galaxy
9) Incredible Hulk
10) First Avenger
11) Dr. Strange
12) Guardians of the Galaxy 2
13) Spiderman Homecoming
14) Age of Ultron
15 ) Ragnarok
16) Captain Marvel
17) Iron Man 3
18) Thor
19) Ant-man
20) Ant-man and the Wasp
21) Iron Man 2
22) Thor the Dark World
