Sooo, when the [frick] did they film Stark's death scene if Holland didn't know he was filming a funeral scene?

Scheduling a time to see a movie with a few friends can be difficult. Let alone dozens of actors and actresses to be together for the same scene.

Props for that.

@KWilly - I'm sure if you paid your friends what these guys got paid they'd turn up to see a movie with you...

Jon Favreau
He's the only one who had to do something more than just stand there... and he broke hearts.

@fadersdream - I never like John Favreau's characters before he was involved in the MCU. I remember I Love You Man he was such a douche (as intended of course)... he wasn't bad as Foggy Nelson either though.

But his Happy Hogan has always been a character I really liked - and it's crazy to think he directed the movie that started this whole thing.

@Kman -i agree i feel like he didn't get enough credit on how important he was to mcu

Why isn't there a The Boys thread? I thought there would be one so we can discuss the show.

@marvel72 - I liked it for what it was. I knew they would have to tone down the source material a bit but hey changed a lot.

@marvel72 - for an adaptation of a pretty peculiar cómicbook they did a fairly good job. I was surprised by how many scenes from the comic they pulled, even if they were changed. A lot of narrative changes, character changes (did you expect them to focus that much on the Deep??? Lol). Overall its not for everyone but as a fan I liked it quite a bit and im stoked for season 2

@inkniron - they definitely changed A LOT. It was good for what it was, as you said.

I feel like had they completely committed to the source material and had different creatives behind, it would have been better but it oddly turned out exactly how I thought it was given the showrunner it had (Erik Kripke) and Rogen being involved.

@inkniron - If that was the quite toned down version I know I'll never read the comic.

@inkniron - Never read the comic but some of the show did have some shock value to it.
