1. The Multiple Realities problem
Bulk (Banner-Hulk) made clear this is no Back to the Future: There isn't a single reality or timeline. The theory new realities are created at every moment is used here. The Ancient One mentions it as well.

The problem begins when Caps goes back to the past to take back the stones, then in the end he appears in the current reality as an old man.

Problem is, it's pretty clear all the mess they made in the past - Thor taking Mjolnir, Loki escaping in NY, Thanos leaving his timeline to ours and never coming back - never had impact in a "main timeline", cause it's clear there's no such thing - all you did "there" stays there. Bulk said it, Ancient One confirmed it.

If caps can stay in the past and reappear as an old man (a là Back to the Future), why all those meddlings mentioned above never had any impact? Did Caps managed to find the exact reality after taking the stones back?

2. Black Widow's inevitable death
This is kind of related to the 1st issue. If there are many realities being created all the time and they have no influence on one another, why it's said BW can't be saved? They already had the Soul Stone, why they can't save her going back to the past? Obviously, this could avoid any death in the MCU, but I wonder why all the "it's unavoidable" talk.

3. Pete's classmates
This is pretty obvious. Since 5 years have passed since the snap, the decimated would return as they were... But what about those who weren't? They were supposed to be in college already, with around 20 years - a huge difference in age gap.

Ned was among the deceased? From what we saw from the Far From Home trailer there's an immense coincidence since it appears all of Peter's colleagues are back, together. Hope they at least mention this coincidence in his next outing.

@Fogs -
1. I was shocked when Nebs shot herself because I expected some ramifications given what seemed to have been set up. That was the first instance of them seeming to forget the fixed-timeline thing. Why even bother taking the stones back if Nebs' past self can be shot and it not affect her current self (and the other instances like that).

2. That's got something to do with Vormir and the Soul Stone probably. There's no sacrifice if you can just throw someone off the cliff then resurrect them thereafter.

3. It's entirely plausible that Peter and the rest of his class were all snapped, thus all retain their age from prior to it.

@Fogs - That's the problem with "Time travel" stories...

I still think Endgame is an wonderful experience, an emotional ending to the first MCU's saga. But better not to think to much about those problems (and we will see in the next movies how they handle it)

@Fogs -
It’s possible that the prominent characters of Peter’s class got dusted such as Flash, MJ, Betty and Ned. I haven’t seen ALL of the Homecoming classmates in the FFH trailer yet so they can possibly explain them away by doing that they didn’t die and aged up and graduated.

Everything went as I expected, barring Nat's death and Nebs' survival, just like IW. But it was still one of the most satisfying and greatest things I've seen. And yeah, I cried twice, I was on the verge of it countless other times - you can guess the big two. It was a ton more fun than I was expecting, especially given the trailers.

@Nebula - I also cried in the opening scene cause I was sure Clint's family was going to be turned to dust... That was heavy.

@TheRadioDemon - 10/10, a hell of a lot more fun than I was expecting, easily my favourite MCU entry now.
