Ah, the most pointless character in the whole film.

That's a great black and white pic of Ronin.

@MadKingCipher,

Hawkeye was fine. It's Ronin that was pointless and totally out of character for the MCU Barton.

@HurricaneXavier -

Why are you so triggered?

Do tell.

@MadKingCipher,

Ronin was a new identity created by Barton to act out and get all edgy undercover, but the identity itself was pointless, as there was no time to develop him, and especially since anybody who took the time time to notice kinda knew who it was anyway.

Also, it was a move that was completely out of character for a guy like Barton.
He's out there killing people who survived the snap by chance? Okay.

@Battabing - Actually, I thought this "move" was well executed to explain the path Clint Barton took after seeing his whole family vanish during the snap. That was at the beginning of the Endgame movie, just in case you missed it. Rather than drawing out the movie and explaining everything by pulling a page from Nolan's playbook, w/ copious amounts of dialog in a film that already had a long runtime, they decided to do a lil fanservice and throw an easter egg in there. Bravo, IMO!! I also have a feeling we'll be seeing it again.

Now, don't get it twisted, I love Nolan. But he ain't the director. And we've already seen what happens when another director tries to emulate that... ;)

So, have fun in your deep, dark, dank and hopeless batcave of a rock you've been hiding under, my friend!

Sounds like you'd be the perfect fit for the DC Verse!!

Yeah, undercut Barton's character for fan service. 🙄

@Battabing - sorry for the late reply. That's clearly not what I meant so I'll just agree to disagree! Have a wild and wonderful day, my friend!
