My sister had a hilarious prediction for the films ending. When Cap didn’t return at the end, she offered this theory: he would return as a baby like Lang did and Avengers 5 would see Bucky and Sam raising him into adult Cap again. I’m glad she doesn’t write movies.

They brought in experts on time travel? That is next level stuff right there.

@LaserKing - i think the real question is, they have experts on time travel? how do i get this job?!

@RedHarlequin - Apparently you need a science degree :o)

Seeing Tony in a stealth suit to battle Heimdall...That would have been awesome!

RedHarlequin
RedHarlequin - 4/30/2019, 4:31 AM
@LaserKing - that would have been amazing...but we wouldn't have got that moment with thor and his mom
LaserKing
LaserKing - 4/30/2019, 4:35 AM
@RedHarlequin - I agree. If I had to choose I would have picked him going to New York (that felt so back to the future) and he got to see his dad.

The final battle being longer would have made up for some small gripes I had. And we would have gotten more character interactions with different characters. I love the idea that they were going to use The Living Tribunal. It lets me know where Feige’s head is at. That would’ve been bananas! That’s the kind of shocker I want in a big scale movie like this to completely throw people off. Hopefully we get more of that in Phase 4. More fan service is never a bad thing. I honestly believe the fan service helped Endgame. Who doesn’t want to see Cap wield Mjonir? Who doesn’t wanna see Rescue and Iron Man kicking ass side by side? Spidey using “Instant Kill” and Iron Spider again? People love that stuff!!

It also would’ve been dope seeing Iron a Man going to Asgard and fighting Heimdell in the past. I love how that scene would’ve went “Tony had his stealth suit and Heimdell could see him” that’s awesome.

They honestly just wrapped up the movie for me by answering these questions. Black Widow’s lack of a funeral, the time travel, etc.

And they’ll be back for sure. They will figure how to top this 10 years from now. And THAT will be their final outing.

@Frshcoupe - You know they locked themselves in a room and poured over every detail. You can feel they put their heart and soul into this movie.

Imo it's rare to see film character be more interesting than their comicbook counterparts

Mmmm...I still don't know about that time travel theory. The butterfly effect is like the most well known theory. You go back in time and change one thing, it easily affects what comes next. Some things may stay the same if those strings are never tethered with but all in all something shifts the focus of other things to follow.

Professor Hulk in Infinity War would've been a great highlight. They should've kept that because it just happened off screen in Engame.
Vigor
Vigor - 4/30/2019, 4:32 AM
@TheRationalNerd - butterfly effect is not a time travel theory

What occurred when loki teleported away with the tesseract (and whatever he did after) is a better example of the butterfly effect

Russo's Ultron should've appeared here too. lol :( But I understand how much that they had to deal with.

I love this article!

Next thing I would ask them is how much fun they had on set with Paul rudd. He and banner looked like they had a blast making this

Really wanted a Red Skull/Cap moment as well. Why didn’t the interviewer ask about Kang lol.
