Hes wrong its Professor Hulk

and superhero or cbm fatigue wont happen if they keep making good movies with great characters and start digging deeper into their library of characters. Would love to see more genre blends and directors with unique styles.

as long as they go above and beyond to create quality films and stories then they can never be trapped within the confines of a "superhero genre"

The mcu is bigger than just a chance Universe. It's a vast, rich world which is exactly what Star Wars should have been instead of being tunnel visioned and being the sky walker saga for 40 years.

The mcu has created an audience investment that is unprecedented. No other franchise can afford to release 3 movies per year and have their box office returns increasing.

The day soccer fatigue sets in is the day I’ll start worrying about superhero fatigue.

If Endgame beats Avatar, you can bet the marketing for that story will be slapped in everyone's faces. And rightfully so... to some people.

Different heroes. Different Stories. It’s what CBM fans want, and it’s what we get

There are so many characters with so many stories in both DC and Marvel and that gives it the potential to just keep going. What other property has such a library to draw from?

Moreso than "fatigue", I do think people need to be aware that the general audience's relationship with the genre will change over time. "Maturing" is the word I would use.

Right now, it's hard for a superhero movie to be a true flop. That cushion may fade, and the one-after-another billion dollar smashes may not be the norm forever. That's not fatigue, per se. But some could see it that way.

This is quite simple so I'm going to say this once.

Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, you name it. These are universes full of diverse characters. Some are labeled as typical superheroes, others are far from it.
You have your Batmans and you Spider-Mans, but you also have Jonah Hex and Hellboy (I know, I know)

That is why comic book movies cannot be defined as a genre on their own because they encompass a plethora of different genres: Sci Fi, Horror, Superheroes, etc.

Now people can start talking about Marvel Superhero fatigue, yet we don't see its signs. Why?
Cuz Marvel hasn't only been pumping typical superheroes.
Iron Man (Superhero) is not the same genre as GOTG (Sci Fi/Space), which are not the same as Thor (Fantasy-ish).

Any company that's planning on adapting its comic book gallery needs to run through the different genres that they have at their disposal and they'll never have to worry about this fatigue.
