A Huge CAPTAIN MARVEL Easter Egg Has Been Spotted In AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR And It's A Game Changer

Eagle-eyed fans have spotted a new Easter Egg in Avengers: Infinity War and this one seemingly reveals a pretty huge plot point from next year's Captain Marvel movie! Hit the jump to check it out...

Avengers: Infinity War's after-credits scene featured a reference to Captain Marvel but now that the movie is available on Blu-ray, eagle-eyed fans have spotted another! This one is huge, though, and could offer some big clues about what we should expect from her solo movie next March. So, for starters, take a look at that image below and see what you can spot around Cull Obsidian's waist.

Do you see it? The cloth hanging there is not only the same colour as Carol Danvers' costume but it matches the pattern too! There's no way this is just a coincidence and you have to believe that this is a sign Cull Obsidian has clashed with Captain Marvel in the past, possibly defeating her in combat and taking a scrap of her costume as a trophy of sorts. Some fans even believe he may have killed her!

That seems doubtful but we need an explanation for where Carol has been for the past two decades and a defeat at the hands of Thanos and his Black Order which left her comatose, in hiding, or captured does make a lot of sense.
Cull was ultimately beaten by Bruce Banner inside the Hulkbuster but that was pretty much a fluke and he was clearly a formidable threat and every bit as strong as The Hulk.

What do you guys think about this Easter Egg? Let us know your thoughts on that in the usual place.
