Over the course of numerous TV spots and trailers, fans have already witnesses several unique pairings and first encounters between superheroes, such as Iron Man and Star-Lord or Spider-Man and Doctor Strange. Still, there are plenty of first meetings between heroes that fans haven’t seen or hope to see.

While a scene description between the two characters, which features a callback to the first Guardians of The Galaxy film, has already been released, Sebastian Stan has briefly commented on how Bucky will respond to meeting Rocket.

“As usual I question my own stability, mentally and wonder whether or not I should have just stayed asleep,” Stan told Screen Rant. Such a reaction from the Winter Soldier shouldn’t be too much of a surprise, given the most bizarre thing the character had seen was arguably Giant-Man, which still isn't a talking raccoon. Though odds are the hero will quickly put aside his feelings with the threat of Thanos looming.

An unprecedented cinematic journey ten years in the making and spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Infinity War” brings to the screen the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time. The Avengers and their Super Hero allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe. Anthony and Joe Russo direct the film, which is produced by Kevin Feige. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Michael Grillo and Stan Lee are the executive producers. Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely wrote the screenplay. “Avengers: Infinity War” releases in U.S. theaters on April 27, 2018.
