Tom Holland Confirms That SPIDER-MAN Will Return In AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR

After previously saying that a possible role in Avengers: Infinity War was "up in the air," it now appears as if Tom Holland has confirmed that the wall-crawler will assemble in the movie next year...

While it's already been confirmed that a Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel is in the works, it hasn't been officially revealed whether or not Tom Holland's wall-crawler will appear in Avengers: Infinity War. It's seemed likely for a long time that he would appear, but due to us not knowing the specifics of Marvel and Sony's deal to bring the spectacular hero into the MCU, there's been no way to know.

However, the Tweets below point to Spidey definitely assembling with the rest of The Avengers (and the Guardians of the Galaxy) to take on Thanos in 2018. The extent of his role is unclear, but it will hopefully be a little more significant than Captain America: Civil War. Saying that, the hero only played a relatively minor part in the Infinity Gauntlet comic, so it's hard to say right now what he'll get up to.

What sort of role would you like to see Spider-Man play in Avengers: Infinity War? As always, be sure to head to the comments section below to share your thoughts and stay tuned for additional updates.
