A new report has surfaced today revealing that Stan Lee has taken out a restraining order against business manager Keya Morgan as the LAPD confirm they've opened an investigation into possible elder abuse.

Just two days after Stan Lee's business manager Keya Morgan was arrested on suspicion of filing a false report to police, the legendary comic book creator has been granted a restraining order against the man who he recently claimed was the only person allowed to represent him in a video many people speculated Lee was actually being forced to film amidst his declining health and memory issues.

It's also been confirmed that the LAPD is investigating reports of elder abuse against Lee and that his former attorney Tom
Lallas is now acting as guardian ad litem for Lee. Following the death of his wife last year, the creator of characters like Iron Man, Spider-Man, and the Fantastic Four has reportedly been caught between a number of parties vying for control over his life for their own financial gain.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Lee's health has notably declined in recent months and his memory is in poor shape." That's obviously not good but it is a relief to hear that things are starting to look up for Lee because it was horrible to think about his final years on this planet being full of turmoil and vultures looking to pick apart his fortune. Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson may say it best and his remarks point to the comic book creator now being in a considerably better place than before:

@aflynn - I was thinking about that this morning. What kind of a sick puppy would sell it and even worse there is a market for it.

I'm hoping this meant someone from Marvel Studios/Entertainment stepped up and are helping Stan out

Ever since I saw Lee at the Infinity War premiere, that guy seemed really suspicious... just something "off" about him. Hoping for better days ahead of "Stan the Man".

As a child in the 70s I grew up in a house of violence, anger, and racism. Marvel comics were my escape. They should me what I wanted to try to be when I grew up. Stan's soapbox often talked about the ignorance of racism and his words always stuck with me. More than just entertainment the man (along with others) gave me the gift of looking at people as people first and not lumping them into a group that I could then define however I felt. I hope Stan's last days are good days. I hope he is cared for and if there are scum taking advantage of him, that they get theirs.

He's such a [frick]ing creep. Just look at him in this interview at the premiere of Infinity War. What is he doing? Number one there's no reason why he should be in the shot like that, he shouldn't be right there in the middle and he shouldn't be THAT [frick]ING CLOSE. Oh my good just look at him staring down the interviewer.

Glad to hear something is coming of this. I really disliked hearing some of these stories about Stan the Man recently. It didn’t sound good.

Wasn't Stan suppose to make a big announcement recently, what happened to that?

I mean, he looks like a supervillain as it is. Not a surprise.
