BATMAN NINJA Receives A Titillating New Release Day Teaser Trailer From WB Home Entertainment

Batman Ninja, from WB Animation, Kamikaze Douga, Yamatoworks and Barnum Studio arrives on Digital HD and OnDemand today and a new release day teaser trailer has been released online. Check it out.

WB Animation's latest direct-to-video offering premiered at WonderCon 2018 in Anaheim, CA last month and if you weren't lucky enough to attend, Batman fans finally have a chance to purchase the film and watch it as it's now available for rental at the usual digital outlets.

Physical DVD and Blu-ray copies won't go on sale until May 8, 2018 and despite originally being created with a Japanese voice-cast, the anime-inspired pic won't be released in Japan until October. Once you've viewed the film, be sure to let us know what you think in the comment section below.  Would you like to see WB Animation produce another anime-inspired feature film?

Batman Ninja takes a journey across the ages as Gorilla Grodd's time displacement machine transports many of Batman's worst enemies to feudal Japan - along with the Dark Knight and a few of his allies. The villains take over the forms of the feudal lords that rule the divided land, with the Joker taking the lead among the warring factions. As his traditional high-tech weaponry is exhausted almost immediately, Batman must rely on his intellect and his allies - including Catwoman and the extended Bat-family - to restore order to the land, and return to present-day Gotham City.
