We are a little over a month away from the release of Batman: Arkham Knight and a 4th edition of the game has been revealed titled "The Serious Edition".

We are about a little over a month until Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham Knight releases. I don't know if any of you tried to pre-order any of the special editions of the game but when I tried a week after they were revealed, they were all sold out. There was a "Limited Edition" which came with a Batman statue, Batman: Arkham Knight comic, artbook of the game, a steelbook case, and some DLC skins along with the game for about $100. There was the "Batmobile Edition" which came with everything that the "Limited Edition" came with but instead of a Batman statue, it came with a fully transformable Batmobile statue realized in exquisite detail by TriForce. That would have set you back about $200. The only other edition was the standard edition with just the game. Until now.

Listed on Amazon.com with the name "Comic Bundle", we have a 4th edition of Batman Arkham Knight now titled "The Serious Edition". "The Serious Edition" comes with a DLC skin of Batman's 1st appearance in his famous Detective Comics #27 issue designed by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. It also comes with the 25th Anniversary of Grant Morrison and Dave McKean's groundbreaking masterpiece Arkham Asylum: A Serious House On Serious Earth. This edition will cost only $10 more than the Standard at $70. Considering the book alone is one of the best Batman stories ever written and $25 on it's own, it's fair to say this is a good deal if you are looking to buy the game. What are your thoughts? Comment below, let me know. Peace and remember...

In the explosive finale to the Arkham series, Batman faces the ultimate threat against the city he is sworn to protect. The Scarecrow returns to unite an impressive roster of super villains, including Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn, to destroy The Dark Knight forever. Batman: Arkham Knight introduces Rocksteady's uniquely designed version of the Batmobile, which is drivable for the first time in the franchise. The addition of this legendary vehicle, combined with the acclaimed gameplay of the Batman Arkham series, offers gamers the ultimate and complete Batman experience as they tear through the streets and soar across the skyline of the entirety of Gotham City. Be The Batman.
