Billy Dee Williams Will Finally Get The Chance To Play Two-Face In THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE

He played Harvey Dent in Tim Burton's Batman, but after being robbed of the chance to take on the role of Two-Face by Joel Schumacher, Billy Dee Williams gets the chance to set things right next year.

It's been nearly thirty years since Star Wars actor Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian) played Harvey Dent in the classic Batman movie released in 1989, but The LEGO Batman Movie director Chris McKay has now confirmed that he'll get to reprise the role in the upcoming animated feature. Details on how significant his role will be here haven't been revealed, but this is a very cool move by Warner Bros.

After appearing as Dent in the Tim Burton helmed Batman, Williams was replaced by Tommy Lee Jones when director Joel Schumacher took over for Batman Forever in 1995. As a result, he never got the chance to deliver his take on Two-Face, so it will be fun getting to see (hear?) what he does here.

Starring Will Arnett, Michael Cera, Rosario Dawson and Zach Galifianakis, The LEGO Batman Movie will be in cinemas worldwide on February 10th, 2017. Let us know your thoughts on this news below.

It's a f ucking disgrace that this LEGO movie is going to be a better film than the first ever Justice League motion picture.

Then again... this looks like a whole lot of fun.
