I agree with Namor, Storm and Kraven, but they do have to fulfil a purpose. Shuri as Black Panther is obvious, and probably what I want to see the most

@bkmeijer - Well I hope they recast. Of course Chadwick's legacy needs to be honored somehow, but it shouldn't be in detriment of the story. It's too soon for Black Panther to be replaced, he only had on movie.

@Urubrodi - I don't really know how I feel about recasting. Think I would prefer it if someone else took the mantle, but either way I hope it will be handled well. As you say, his legacy needs to be honoured

Namor and Shuri as BP

@narrow290 - Namor as BP is an inspired choice.

Attuma is a villain of Namor, but he can attack Wakanda, causing a conflict between Atlanteans and the kingdom of Wakanda. Achebe and Attuma can work together.

For the love of Cthulhu, there is no need to bring Killmonger back.

Storm could be cool but honestly, Achebe and Namor are honestly the only 2 things there I might want to see.

Your number 1 sucks balls.

Namor and Storm are good calls though.

I don’t get all of the calls for Namor to show up in Black Panther. What would that movie even be about? Wakanda seems landlocked, and a superhero mash-up with no greater themes for the African diaspora seems overly shallow for a Black Panther follow-up.

I ultimately don’t see how Namor lends himself to such themes, but then I haven’t read any comics based on these two for decades.

@Chewtoy - It could be BvS except much better.

@Chewtoy - Wakanda being landlocked doesn't mean anything. Wakanda can still have ships going out to sea and pissing off Namor with whatever they are doing. Namor is highly irrational when it comes to humans "invading" his realm. They could do this easily.

Have him get pissed at Wakanda for doing some kind of research or even investigating that underwatwr earthquake mentioned in Endgame. The Wakandans unknowingly do something underwater to upset the eco-system, or even move to close to Atlantis, Namor threatens them, they go back to Wakanda with tue news, and a war slowly erupts.

It wouldn't be inaccurate for either groups and wouldn't make Wakanda look like villains while still being in complete character for Namor.

@Chewtoy - They had an epic rivalry. The timing is right because all beings in existence are adjusting to the chaos Thanos brought to- everything. There is great room for understood confusion, and the domino effect that follows. Penny, penny.

All I know is T'Challa better be one of them.

The Great news is that it seems that they're going to
recast T'Chala

He is too important of a character here are my picks

David Ajala

John David Washington

@WakandaTech - not really familiar with the first one, but Washington might be the best choice overall
Lilvic92
Lilvic92 - 11/25/2020, 9:02 AM
@WakandaTech - I feel like John David Washington is the only person that could please both the people that want a T'Challa recanted and those that dont. Boseman himself has stated that he owes so much of his career to Denzel so having his son take on the role would be a great passing of the torch moment.

@Lilvic92 - recasted*

@WakandaTech - They should take the recast approach with all characters. Its criminal that we now have an MCU without Steve Rogers or Tony Stark. I get it. They were great in the roles. But the characters are bigger and more important than any actors that will ever play them.

@WakandaTech - I’ve been out of the loop, where did they hint that they’ll recast T’Challa?

What I would like to see in the sequel

Black Panther wearing his iconic cape with a new Panther Suit

Panther Cycle

Necropolis

Namor

I hope they re-cast for T'Challa for much of the same reasons others have said. It seems like Feige has suggested that when characters die, they stay dead. I mean even Coulson has never returned for the movies despite his resurrection in Agents of Shield (not counting Captain Marvel since it occurred in the past). Therefore, I don't see Killmonger returning. Pet peeve about so many superhero movies where they kill off iconic villains at the end of the movie.
