Intriguing New BLACK PANTHER Image Puts The Spotlight On Erik Killmonger And W'Kabi
Marvel Studios has released a brand new still from Black Panther which offers a fresh look at both Michael B. Jordan's Erik Killmonger and Daniel Kaluuya's W'Kabi. Hit the jump to check it out...
It's not much but if you're excited for Black Panther, you're definitely going to get a kick out of this brand new official image! As you can see, it puts the spotlight on both the villainous Erik Killmonger and W'Kabi, T'Challa's right hand man and a character who it wouldn't be remotely surprising to see betray his friend and align himself with Michael B. Jordan's bad guy. That's just speculation, though.
In this movie, Killmonger is a former black-ops soldier who returns to Wakanda looking for revenge after his family was exiled years before. Trailers have confirmed that he'll ultimately don a golden suit which appears to be based on a jaguar as opposed to a panther. Either way, it looks pretty damn cool!
With a new trailer just days away and Black Panther only six weeks or so from release, anticipation is at an all-time high and that should only increase from here. What do you guys think of this new still? Do you trust W'Kabi? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
