Although we didn't get an official announcement, it seems production on Marvel's solo Black Widow movie has begun on the island of Vigra in the village of Sæbø Norway.

Several photos and a video of star Scarlett Johansson shooting scenes as Natasha Romanoff have found their way online, and they give us a look at the Avengers: Endgame actress once again sporting Widow's signature red locks as she makes her way down the street in what appears to be civilian attire.

Although plot details are still under wraps, it's believed that this movie will take place between the events of Captain America: Civil War and Endgame, while also flashing back to Romanoff's past in Russia as a KGB assassin. There are also a couple of photos of Johansson with blond hair which would seem to support this.

Black Widow still doesn't have an official release date, but it's been speculated the the movie will fill the previously announced spot of May 1, 2020.
