As disturbing as this sounds, I don't think it's graphic enough.

I'm all aboard for this. Love me some Blade from Marvel. One of my favorite characters.

Skidz, you sound like someone who understands what a Blade cartoon should be. Graphic as killing vampires with a half vampire! Anime almost makes sense because it seems to think it's more violent than it is. The exagerated faces and funny looking characters take away from that because the bloodshed seems not to matter, making it feel less violent.
Blade is one badass [racial slur] who eats vampire nazi's assholes when they still breathe. That mother [frick]er deserves realistic animation(at least not "stupid looking anike style" like Yu-Gi-O's hairdo) and lots of realistic sword battling. A badass voice is cool and necessary too.
They didn't relate it to the movies. I guess doing Frost again, more like the comic or whatever it ends up being, is still cool because he's a badass villain. Creators must have given up on following the trilogie's story after Sticky Fingaz's TV spotlight faded so quickly. The Vampire cure just ended it beyond what a lame story like the series had can do for keeping it alive.
Animated story telling seems like a good match for a violent hero like Blade. Just like a Ghost Rider cartoon. The movies worked for the most part, but goring up live action is too risky for alot of reasons, so another drawn medium is a good idea. We'll see!
