WHY THE BLACK MAN GOTTA BE SHOWN IN PRISON ORANGE, HUH?!?

No, seriously.

Why is it Falcon is the one character shown in this sequence?

He certainly wasn't alone in The Raft.

smh...

@deepee3 - could be for a few reasons.
There were 4 people in the raft, theres a 25% chance they would select Falcon if they were only using one character for reference.

Another reason could be they specifically picked a black guy to see how the perception may be seeing a black guy in typical orange jumpsuit. They likely deemed it too insensitive , and chose a blue jump suit instead as a result.

If I wanted to be sure I want being insensitive about something, I'd first put myself in the other man's shoes. Could be what they were doing here conceptually.

I wonder if the Raft will come up again in the MCU

Yet another time Josh is wrong on one of the facts...the raft does not use the same cloaking technology as the Helicarrier. We literally see it rising out of the ocean. Are we sure Josh is actually a comic fan?

Was a little disappointed that the Russos didn't utilize the Raft for at least some minor easter eggs. Was especially hoping for an Abomination reference. I know he's been referenced in Agents of Shield as being in Antarctica or something, but I'm one of those that don't really look at the tv-side as canon as it just complicates things like why they wouldn't recruit a guy like Cage to the Avengers. Perfect opportunity for a Blonsky cameo or any other MCU villain that's still alive.

Kind of random but I've never seen anybody say anything about it but did anyone else notice the honest trailers Easter egg in civil war?
