This year, he was responsible for shooting Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri which gave him the win at Camerimage 2017.

The cinematographer is the latest addition to the Captain Marvel cast and crew, joining the director duo Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck (Mississippi Grind, Sugar), production designer Andy Nicholson (Assassin’s Creed, Gravity), VFX supervisor Christopher Townsend (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Iron Man 3), costume designer Sanja Milkovic Hays (Star Trek Beyond, Blade) screenwriter Geneva Robertson-Dworet (Tomb Rider), Captain Marvel herself, Brie Larson (Kong: Skull Island, Room), Jude Law (Hugo, Sherlock Holmes), Ben Mendelsohn (Ready Player One, Robin Hood)  and Samuel L.
