Captain Marvel has assembled a mightily impressive cast but arguably one of its most exciting additions has to be Jude Law. The actor is making his superhero movie debut with the highly anticipated 2019 release which will see him take on the role of Mar-Vell, a.k.a. the original Captain Marvel. Now, the first photos of the actor on set have surfaced but what do they tell us about his role?
Not much! As you can see, he's mostly keeping himself covered up but does appear to be decked out in some very unique looking apparel beneath that. It's also worth noting that these shots are from between takes so not representative of what we'll see both heroes actually doing in the movie!
Despite that, it's still interesting to get this first glimpse of Mar-Vell, especially as we have no idea how much his Marvel Cinematic Universe counterpart will differ to the version in the comic books! Either way, Carol Danvers is clearly going to spend a big chunk of the movie in that green suit based on how much it keeps popping up on set. What do you guys think?
