Earlier today, we brought you some awesome character portraits for Captain Marvel and now we have a never-before-seen batch of concept art and stills courtesy of Entertainment Weekly's new movie special (which is on sale now and definitely worth picking up).

As well as artwork featuring designs for Talos, Minn-Erva, and Carol Danvers, we have some stills featuring various characters, including a downright glorious shot of the titular hero in her classic comic book costume. That looks unbelievably awesome, both in concept art and live-action form.

While Captain Marvel has been plagued by attacks from trolls, the buzz doesn't appear to be dying down and box office projections continue to rise, so this is shaping up to be another Marvel hit.

@MikeDrop1 - They look like a cheap makeup job from Star Trek TNG. I expected something much less human and much uglier like they were in their first appearances.

@rabid - They look like skrulls, and having them humanized seems to most likely add to the story.

Reason being the skrulls are getting praised by number of reactions. Ill take there look in the trailers, and what people said in reactions.

Over what you said, about them looking cheap. No one who has seen the movie has said they look cheap.

@MikeDrop1 - I've literally seen thousands of comments about how cheap they look. Since the first images and trailer, people have been mocking the Skrulls. Like I said, they might look decent in the movie's dark lighting, but these still shots really make them look like goofy Halloween masks.

@rabid - And like i said the people who have actually, seen the movie. Said the skrulls look great, and Talos looks great. In the trailers and tv spots skrulls look on point, but will see what the reviews say about the movie.
