i have a tough time with his comics, the entire time all i can think about is arrow's problems instead of actually reading, or in this case listening.

Looks bad.

Could have cut the entire opening of the guy jumping off the roof, as it added nothing to the flow and the officers just seemed mildly annoyed by him doing it when the fall could have easily killed him.

Instead its just a pointless opening scene that doesn't add to the story coupled with an exposition dump and a cliff-hanger to get people interested.
