Two members of the X-Men do get married in tomorrow's issue of X-Men Gold, but not Colossus and Shadowcat!
Although Kitty Pryde proposed to Piotr (“Peter”) Rasputin back in January and the current “Til Death Do Us Part” storyline has been marching toward their big day, Kitty gets cold feet after talking to Ilyanna and recalling some less than fond memories.
However, with love in the air, Gambit is inspired to propose to Rogue and they tie the knot instead! Their newlywed adventures will be chronicled in a new series from Kelly Thompson and Oscar Bazaldua called Mr. and Mrs. X, which begins next month.
